Ok I am a cynic. Do women not find their husband helpful when it comes to dealing with these problems? We might ask them - but then think their answer is stupid so we go to these boards to find another women that care or might have a better answer. It was funny when I was doing the family thing I never considered my husband a resource. In a lot of ways he was just another kid to take care of. I think I would do it differently if I had another chance - if he says to go ahead and bathe the cranky kid outside with the hose. Then I think I just might ask him to implement it - I now think those answers were about him not wanting to deal with it - so then I was the only one dealing with it.
