| I'm so sorry!!! I've been there twice, and I know what you're feeling!! Try not to let food become your comfort though! Focus on your other kids! Spend lots of time playing with them! Not only will that keep you away from the food, it will also help keep your mind off your grief! Not that you shouldn't deal with it, you just don't want to let yourself become overwhelmed with it!!!!

You need to allow yourself to grief. You have experienced a loss.
Give yourself a break and allow for grieving time. Jumping back into things does not allow for you to heal.
Try not to comfort yourself with food, but with people.
Forgive yourself and focus on healing to be able to deal with weight struggles appropriately later.

| I am so sorry to hear of your loss. There is a team set up that has gone through what you just have. You may want to join them for support. They are "Keeping Up Hope".
