Sorry to hear about that. I feel similar but for different reasons.

You must be going through a lot of emotions right now but just remember that eating isn't going to change anything. Stick to your goals and don't let anyone bring you down. I hope everything gets better for you!

I am so sorry, I know how it feels I found myself in a similar situation about a year and a half ago. (but after 8 years of marriage) Hmmmm go figure! Just remember to stay true to yourself and don't let it interfere with your goals. You are worth it to take care of yourself. I hope all works out for you!

Awww I am sooo sorry that you had to find them... I am sure that he loves you and wants to be with you and your son. I can however understand the awkwardness of the situation for both of you, just try to focus on what you guys have now. Try to imagine if the shoe was on the other foot, how would you want him to react. I am sure you have a history with some other guy before him and would be embarassed and feel horrible if he found something of his that you still had around.

If it helps any my husband flipped out when he saw a box with my ex boyfriends name on it at my parents house a few years ago. I hadn't even lived with my parents for years before we met and he was like why do you have crap form him anyways... turned out I threw out all the ex's crap and stored my senior year memories in there. He felt like a jerk and I was relieved, it had been so long I had no idea what was in there to be honest.

Oh and a couple weeks ago my sister in law was helping her boyfriend of a few months move and there was a box of stuff from his ex. She said she told him he could handle that box and moved to another, but it was really awkward for her.

Hope these situations help you to not stress too much about yours. :)

I was cleaning today and found a pair of underwear that aren't mine they belong to my bfs ex. They broke up almost two years ago. He swore hes over her and didn't even know that they were there. I know he loves me and our son but it still hurts.
