It's good to know that I'm not alone. I work full time 9-6 and I don't get home until around 7 then I have to wrangle up dinner and put my lil dude to bed (if he co-operates)ugh I am so tired but I need to workout!

I agree with you completely, by the time we get home from our busy day it is getting near supper hour, by the time I finish with dinner, clean-up and my daughter, it is after 9 and I am tired, it is hard to fit in time for exercise or meal planning. One thing I have learned is that pre-planning on my day off for the rest of the week, helps everything to run smoother.

I totally agree with you. By the time I get home and get the kids from daycare, it is after 5 then we need to do homework and make dinner. It is very difficult to fit anything in.

I know exactly what you mean. My son is 5 months old, and it is so hard to do ANYTHING. He just demands so much of my time. I occasionally get out for a walk, and I play with him as much as I can...

It is very hard with kids to fit in exercise. But mine are three and five and they have come to understand that mommy exercises everyday for at least an hour. Sometimes they join in but most of the time they just go play or I wait until they are in bed to exercise. It is hard but it is manageable to do.

Me too. Just not enough errand running time, cleaning, cooking, tending to family, laundry, exercise time in my days. All besides going to work full time during the week.

That there is just not enough hours in the day? I feel like I got nothing done today. I still hven't exercised. On one hand I think one day off won't hurt and than on the other I feel quilty for not working out. ARGH!
