I am in the same situation. What I have been doing is making sure that I introduce them to the potty. I sit them on the potty at the same time and really praise them if they potty. One I think has caught on the other still likes to go potty in his diaper.

hi sheila-

i have identical boys, too. they are 6 now and in first grade. very similar experience- my oldest daughter was stubborn and just pretty much trained herself when she was ready. i took that same sort of approach with my other kids (i have two girls 10 and 8) and really just went with the flow, so to speak. ;)

not much advice, but much support and empathy! they DO use the potty eventually, tho it might not be when mommy wants them to.

GOOD LUCK!

Hello! I have identical twin boys, 2 1/2 yr old. I would love to have them partially or fully potty trained before they start preschool in September, but am not sure what the best strategy would be.

My oldest is a girl & was incredibly stubborn. She determined when the time was right for her & nothing would change that. Even though she knew how to go potty already.

I'd like to train them simultaneously, but would love some tips on how.
