I have a 3 year old and I'm working 3 part-time jobs. I am in the same boat. I would love to be a support for you. If you are interested in going through this together, list me as a friend. I could use it too. I'll share any tips I come across.
Thank you NEWJESSIE for your great ideas. Another is bell pepper strips. I munch on them like french fries or chips but you get loads vitamin c and fiber. My daughter loves them too.

Hi there. It is not easy but some suggestions: Have healthy snacks at work so you are not tempted to go to the vending machine/candy bowls: carrots, hummus, granola bar; yogurt are some examples.
Make time to exercise. This is hard. My only guaranteed time to exercise is ear;y morning before my daughter gets up. It is hard to do but again, the only way I can fit it in consistenly.
Get rid of unhealthy treats/food at home. This will be good for your child in the long run too!
Take it one day at a time!!
