| Drink more water!!! That was the only thing that seemed to work for me when I plateaued for 3 weeks!!! Good luck!

Well, Burn that scale!!!!
Are you drinking your water? Sometimes really watching my sodium intake helps and also seeing if I am eating too many carbs and not enough friuts and veggies.
Just a couple of things to try. Keep us posted and hang in there!!!

| I have increased my exercise and am watching my calories but the scale has not moved!

| I agree, exercise is the key for me. When I get stuck I usually try to do something longer or push myself harder (but not both at the same time.) Good luck and don't give up!!!!
