| I am not sure either. At my daughters Pre-K they have asked us to bring only snacks that are healthy and full of pretein etc. My daughter likes apples, bananas, and carrots which I know are good, but she also likes crab sticks that are full alot of the stuff that is no good. She does like pretzels and fruit snacks.

I have had the same question for a while. I am not sure what to give as healthy snacks with protein or even just filling. My kids like Peanut Butter on crackers or apples. Not sure how healthy that is

| I've been trying to re-vamp what the kids eat too. I'm wondering about all the carb/protien blending they tell adults to do being applicable to kids too. I'm just wondering what types of good snacks that have staying power you've come up with for your kids.
