| I freeze leftovers in single serving containers and grab one of those, throw it in my lunchbag with a small container of applesauce or fruit and my water.

| I just throw a lean cuisine in a lunch bag with a cool pack for myself (with an apple if it's a workout day). My husband does his own lunch (usually a sandwich and chips / yogurt / crackers). My kids are too young to pack lunch for (they're in daycare ages 3 and 11 mos.), but when they hit school age I have a feeling I'll be packing lunches the night before.

| I pack both mine and my guy's lunch. I'm fighting an ED so it's very important for me not to buy anything in the canteen. My guy is a doctor so he always demands to have: some fruit (eg. 2 clementines), something high in protein - a small box of cottage cheese with spices and a whole wheat roll to that. I get a similar thing for me.

What do you do to motivate you every single morning to pack your/your husbands/your childrens lunch ?
How much do you pack and what do you use ?
