Wow, you really have your hands full. Well, the good news is, this is very attainable. Its going to take alot of hard work and determination and dedication, but it CAN be done.
First of all, how are your eating habits? You are away from the home alot so what i would do is keep a notebook to track everything i eat. Enter it faithfully in the evenings when you are at home. Keep a steady supply of healthy snacks, fruits and veggies available to you throughout the day so you dont find yourself in the cafeteria grabbing a cookie or a piece of pie for fuel. Carry a water bottle with you so you are getting your water intake. This is crucial to your weightloss.
Second, how is your exercise? Being away from home that much can make it hard to squeeze it in. Get pedometer and track your calories burned that way. Or get ankle weights for the amount of walking your probably do in a day. On your breaks, go to the staff lounge and do some crunches or pushups. Use sparkpeoples printable resources to keep with you. These are amazing tools. Since their workouts dont need to contain workout equipment, set up a workout regimen and print it out. Keep it in your locker at work. During a break, pick something off of it to do. Before you know it, you would have completed your workout for that day.
Dont get stressed out. The weight will come off in due time. Hope all these ideas help. Good luck with your journey. And remember, In order to get something you have never had, you need to do something you have never done.

I am a nurse in training that works 12 hour shifts four days a week, I have two great little boys, and I take 12 credit hours of school a week. Before the boys I never went over 120lb and I looked great, but now I am finding it hard to stay at 195lb. I want to get back to at least 150lb for my health and because those who knew me before look at me like I let myself go. how do people do this! I need help!
