Sure thing! Just a reminder that your younger son won't be old enough to sign up for an account on the new site. It's only designated for 13-17 years of age.

Be well,
Kelly

Thanks. I've been going to talk to the doctor, but keep forgetting. Thanks for the website information. I'll show it to my sons. They might want to check it out. Thanks.

Be sure to talk to your child's physician for the best multivitamin for your child's growing needs before starting them on anything new.

When you have a chance, be sure to check out our newest addition to our family of websites devoted specifically to 13 to 17 year olds at www.sparkteens.com

Have a great day!

I have a 11 1/2 and 13 1/2 year old. I've given them chewable children's vitamins, but now I'm wondering if i can give them the adult vitamins. I went on the One A Day web site and they said One A Day is safe for children 12 and over except for WeightSmart, Active and Energy. I didn't find any information on the Centrum site.

Any ideas out there about vitamins for teens. My teenager has been growing very fast and doesn't eat well and I'm concerned that a child's vitamin won't give him what he needs.
