| HI, I would love to be a part of this challenge! I just signed up yesterday, and am trying to figure what to do first. There is a lot of helpful info on this site, but hopefully I can figure out how to get back to this page to post results. Good luck and good veggies to everyone!

Well it's almost the end of august and i'm not near the 10 pound mark yet so i think I'll stick to small goals for now and maybe by the end of september I'll have lost ten pounds.

| I thought I was going to be able to weigh myself this month, but I havn't gotten around to getting one for myself - a scale. If I miss a day of exercise, I definately make up for it the next day...if I miss more than one day...Oh, well. I start fresh when I can. I put a lot of effort into avoiding that, though. Some great news...I was able to fit into some clothes that are smaller than my "regular" size! Yippee! Hopefully I can trade this size for my new "regular"...

| So do you all weigh yourselves everyday? And what do you do if you go overboard a day? Do you try to subtract the calories for the next day or work out more or what?

| Thanks ASAYAH, Thank you so much. I am doing pretty good right now. I've only lost 4 lbs. though. But that's something, right? Tomorrow is my Birthday and I hope I don't blow it, (not the candles the diet) ha. We are going out. It will be tough. But seriously I don't know if I can lose 10, but I will give it my best. | I will lose at least ten pounds by the end of the month. It's beena tough summer but that's because i have not really made an effort.

Great!! Sounds like a plan... I don't have one of those ticker-keep-track-of-weight-loss things for the bottom of my posts... Hopefully before the challenge is over, I'll figure it out and get one up! BTW, I've been TRYING to lose 10 ls for what seems like months, so this time I'm GOING to lose it! Thanks for the challenge and extra motivation!!

| Congratulations on your lost weitht. I lost 1 lb. over night. I drank more water than usual and it really cleaned me out. I'm so glad. Let's keep it up girl. Thanks, Pam

| I would love to lose 10lbs in a month, have been on SP for 3 weeks now and actually put on 2 lbs. Am feeling very healthy though and have started to enjoy exercise. I have put away the scales for now and just concentrating on eating right and exercising - will weigh again in a month and see how the 10lb challenge went.
