I have also bought the Keebler 100 calorie pack cookies. They are not the wafer thin ones like Nabisco. These are real cookies just smaller. The fudge striped ones, and the grasshopper flavor ones are GREAT!!! and they only get 1 pack at a time. Or have them for only on occasion so it's a special treat once or twice a month.

It is easier said then done...Esp when my boys are chip ohoy or oreo with milk kids....how do you just take that away I know replace it with a less fatting cookie...I love gold fish for me great snack..I've bought the scooby snacks in the past...I never realized my snacks in the house were getting better but, the snacks for the boys I didn't pay attention too...posting to that message made a light go off!!! they don't need to eat a pack of cookie and tons of chocolate milk...thanks

Don't buy the junk. Then neither of you will have a problem. I know easier said than done.
I try to buy wheat thins, grahm cracker snacks like scooby doo dog bisquit shapes, the new bug bites that are shapes of catipillers, butterflies, dragonflies.... then I also buy goldfish crackers, fruit, nutripals bars (baby isle), nilla wafers, make homemade popsicles from 100% juice, for them to snack on.

I just posted to another message I saw...And didn't realize the truth until I started typing..Question was snacking and forgeting your dieting so you eat what ur toddler has ...my reply was to either plan out the night before what you are going to snack and you can even prepare it at night putting it in baggies or containers or even in the morning....fruit, veggies, etc. I think changing the toddlers ways would be great also give them a healthier snack as well..I know first hand I have 2 toddlers and they can eat the worst junk....

Any other suggestions?
