It gives age range, number of players needed, games for inside, outside, winter, summer, rural and city. The other is called Dr. Sears' LEAN kids. Things for kids ages 6-12 for healthy eating routine, a few strength exercises for kids. a whole program. I found this on Barnes and Nobles out of print copy for under $5.

Go to the park and play frisbee golf? Everyone has their own frisbee and make the holes trees or other landmarks. Rollerblading? Mini golf? Bike riding?
With summer around, do you have water slides? the walking and swimming would be a fun exercise. Just going swimming as well.
Do you have a geocaching site near you?
Sorry I can't help more

| I agree also. Do you have any ideas? I have quite an age range with my kids 18, 15, and 8. The younger two are girls. The youngest is already on the heavy side...any ideas of fun things to do?

| I agree with the article. The entire family should practice healthy eating to support the obese child. Exercise together as a family and plan activities that require physical exertion.
