I am so excited... my lettuce and spinach are up. I have basil to go in but am waiting a little bit longer to plant.
I did sow my wildflower seeds...
my beans have popped up as well...
now I am in a battle with the slugs and the snails... lol

| I like the idea of gardening. I think I'd enjoy it more if my 2 year old didn't undo my work and call it helping. LOL

I love to garden. The feel of the dirt in my hands. Yes! We moved overseas 2 yrs ago and definately miss that. I live in an apartment and have my pots on the patio but its not the same. Next summer we're moving back to the states(God willing). Maybe then I can get into it again!

I have many perennials,in fact I just took off the burlap, the snow and ice are gone, we don't do much gardening around here until the middle of May due to cold nights. I do have my cukes, tomatoes started in the house and will plant them in the greenhouse later.I replaced the hen & chicks last year so I hope they made the winter.Peggy

I had a lovely weekend.. I gardened all weekend.. .trimmed bushes, mowed the lawn. I hoed a little and replanted my lettuce and spinach.. seems the mallard ducks liked my little plants...
i also love flowers. I have a flower garden that has a mixture of perennials and wildflowers...
