I really appreciate the support. I'm sorry you have had so much trouble, but thankful you have had the strength to deal with it. That's what I pray for every day is the strength.

There are no easy answers to bi-polar. You take one day at a time and try not to sweat the small stuff.Hang in there and know you are not alone.Kelly

Mine has never been diagnosed as bi-polar, but I have my suspicions. I certainly wish I had the answers for you. I guess it is just a little comforting to know I'm not the only one going through it.

I know how you feel! I have a 19 year old whose bi-polar. He still lives at home. There is no way I could pay my bills and his. He self-medicates (drugs and alchol).I am at my witts end

I know most people are talking about kids, but does anyone have an older child (mine is 20) that is trying to be dependent, but can't be. I mean, she lives on her own, but I pay all her bills. She can't keep a job, has been in rehab for a drug problem and runs around with the "wrong" people. HELP!! I told my husband (not her father), that she was like my drug addiction, and I can't let go. Please has anyone else had this, or is having this problem?
