stay active, eat healthy.
have you talked to a care provider about plans to cut your pre-eclampsia risk? There is no cure but there are a few alternative things that may/may not work. I did several to feel like I was doing all I could and had a healthy pregnancy

| I too agree that BabyFit is a good place to start, I was a member during and still am there from time to time. Eat healthy and walk drink plenty of water and just don't over exert yourself.

| Congrats! I would just make sure to eat healthy - both now, during, and after the pregnancy. I know I went a little overboard with my first pregnancy and I am going to try not to go so crazy this next time around (I gained ~60 pounds). And I would agree that babyfit.com has some helpful information as well as boards too that can offer help from people that are looking to conceive through post baby.

| We're getting married next month April 28th to be exact and we plan on trying to concieve shortly thereafter. Any ideas what I should be doing right now to prepare and be doing this the healthy way. I have a 5 year old son, but that pregnancy was crazy! I gained 96 pounds had preeclampsia and had a battledore placenta the doctor says that I'm lucky to have him. And I am! Please give me some well needed advice!
