Hi Jessica,

There are jogging strollers that are specifically designed for jogging with your child. They take more impact so it's less "bouncy" for the child. Talk to the child's parents about finding one that may work for their family.
In addition, you may want to check out www.kidshealth.org and speak to the child's mother about her preferences for daily food choices. She may have allergies or certain foods she doesn't want her child to have.

Good luck,
Kelly

Hey there!! I am currently au pairing for a full time working family.. I am taking care of a 21 month year old girl.
She is a very picky eater and I hate having to either give her chocolate bread which isn't very healthy, or just not having her eat at all! What are some good ways to get kids eating healthy.. she is so picky I don't know what to do!
Also, I want to be more active with her.. have you ever gone jogging with a child in their stroller, is that a good idea?
I am pretty inexperienced in parenting so I want to make sure I'm being safe with this little girl!
Thanks a lot!

Jessica
