I am a mom of 3 boys, and I consider exercising MY PERSONAL time. I go to the Y and drop them in child watch. I read a book, listen to my music, and seriously lose myself for an hour or so. I feel good because I know I'm doing something good for myself!!

And if they're annoying you, get them back by cooking extra low fat healthy foods!! LOL!

One major thing that helps me stay on track is not buying junk food. If it's not in the house, I can't eat it. I do buy some things for the boys, stuff they like and I don't like.

Keep trying, you'll find a way!!

I probably don't have the best advice but here it goes. When you feel like eating and it isn't snack or meal time go for a walk. When your family is just too overwhelming and you just can't take another minute without blowing up at them go for a walk. Getting away from the situation even if only for 10 minutes or so will not only get you some exercise, it will relieve stress, help you to clear your head and cool down. loose the pounds with 5 kids, and a pain in the butt husbend who are always gripeing, argueing, and just plain annoying me about everything which makes me want to eat?
