One thing I found (at the end of my maternity leave of course) is FitTv. If you can record the shows it's great cause you get variety without having to shell out more money. They have lots of 30 min shows, so maybe you can work some of them in while you little one does sleep since you mentioned she tends to catnap. Or you can find a way to entertain her while you do it - I don't recall how old she is, so not sure how to suggest you do that. Mine is now 1.5 years old and it is getting more and more difficult to have her there with me, but it is possible (though sometimes she is an added weight).

This site is so great. I weighed 200 lbs when I gave birth to my almost 10lb daughter. Now she is a yr old and I still way 157 lbs. I want to be my normal pre=pregnancy weight 124lbs by the time I get married at the end of June this yr. Wish me luck everyone!!

I just had a baby too! I need to also loose the prgnancy weight. I gained about 30 lbs from my pregnancy and had a good 20lbs to loose before that! UGG! I am a part of the post pregnancy Pounds be Gond group too! It is great! I highly recommend it!

My baby is a catnapper too! It drives me nuts at times! So working out is a challenge!

Check out the Spark Teams. There is one called post pregnancy Pounds Be Gone. All of us there are trying to get rid of the baby weight.

I totally understand the lack of time. Between my almost 3yr old and 7month old I don't have a lot of time either. I've picked up a couple of exercise DVDS that are 30 minute routines. Kathy Smith has some and lots of Pilates dvds are just 30 minutes. The minute my baby goes down I try to pop in a video for me and the toddler just plays along with me.

I'm also lucky to have a gym that I can go to. I'll get the baby down for the night and leave my husband in charge of the toddler. That doesn't happen often enough though.

GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!! Let me know if you can't find the Spark Team. I'll figure out a better way to get you to it if you are interested.

Hi. I'm new to spark, but was a big fan of the sister site, babyfit. Now that I've had my precious bundle of joy, I'm eager to start losing some of the weight I've put on. I ended up gaining over 40lbs during my pregnancy, but was already overweight to begin with. I'm ready, and motivated to start losing all my excess baby weight. Any support from moms (or dads) is great. Does anyone have any tips for quick/simple exercises that I can do during the day? My baby doesn't sleep often (not typical, I know) only 30 minutes at a time every 2-3 hours. Any advice or support would be appreciated. Thanks!
