i someone finds out how to easily loose the last 10 lbs i'd be glad to find out :) i know i should do much more cardio than i've done so far ...

currently i do 10-15 min on my stepper

I probably only need to lose 2 lbs. That's the hard part! I wonder if I'm not consuming enough calories. I think I'll add 10-15 minutes of cardio in the morning, and hopefully this will jumpstart my metabolism.

How many is a couple, like 5? 10?

When I am at my fittest, all I typically need to do is change my routine a bit. Add 15 more minutes of cardio and an extra day of strength training. I also drop my calories by 200 a day. Not to mention, I will remove all and any extra calories eating a clean diet only. That usually does it.

I'm a fit person, but I want to get to "the next level". What have people found to be the best way to lose only a couple pounds?
