I found a great weight watchers cookbook. It's called Take Out and has different sections like Mexican, Chinese, Japanese, Greek, Italian, etc. If you love Mexican or Chinese food this book is a must! I got the book at Fred Meyer's a few years ago for about $10.
As for exercise, I shoot for 10 minutes just to get myself going and then I end up working out for 30-60 min. If you aren't up for cardio yet, at least do some weights. This will build muscles and at least increase your metabolism.

Losing weight and getting healthy is not easy by any means. It is hard at first, but I promise you as you continue with the program, it becomes easier to follow. GOOD LUCK
