| When i usually feel down and not in the mood to do something towards my goal, i always try to think of a happy memory i had with my husband or children and it usually gets me smiling and before i know it im on track again, maybe you should try it.

I've been feeling under the weather, so I haven't really given this a fair shot yet but I will!!! I'm excited to get my butt in gear but as of right now my bed is the only effort I have been giving forth to (crawling in and out of it).
