Those kinds of bars are designed for adults, and the nutrition info is based on recommendations for adults. Children have different nutritional needs than adults, so you should be careful to check the contents of the bar against the recommended daily allowances for a child your daughter's age. Make sure you look at the actual amounts of each item, not the percentages--for example, children may need the same percentage of protein, but the actual amount will be different because of their smaller body size and total calorie intake.
Hope this helps.

Yep, that's what I am implying, my daughter LOVES my health bars (and health shakes when I can afford those).
I eat Balace Bar Gold, and sometimes Balance Bar 100 Calories. She loves both, but I am concerned about whether or not it's good for her to consume them?
She's had two in the last three days (normal kind) and she's pooped a bunch, so I'm thinking that it's because of the health bars?
