Get some help. Even if it is only for a couple of hours each day. I would go to my church, but there are other groups out there. There is a retired (senior) group that volunteers. If you want some more ideas, come back to this thread.
Second, get anything that is not healthy out of the house. Prepare healthy snacks (cut raw vegetables) ahead of time. Drink water before you eat. Sometimes you just want something.
Third, plan, plan, plan. Because you might not have time to journal, planning is critical.

I have decided to start really using spark this new year. I was hoping for some advice from all of you on how to lose weight and manage my family. First off I think I should give you some background on me.

I am 26 years old, am married to a wonderful man who is 11 years older than me, have 4 kids, and am a SAHM. My kids are 5, 22 mo.,22 mo., and 4 1/2 mo., yea thats right I have 22 month old twins. So I am sure you can see how hectic my life is.

I don't know how I can lose the weight I want to and take care of my family. With being so busy with my little ones it is very normal for me to only be able to snack during the day. In the evenings I am always the last one to eat and am usually interupted.

The other problem is that my husband works for long stretchs away from home so when he is gone I don't really like to cook b/c I end up with a lot of left overs that I can't eat on my own.

Any advice would be appreciated.
