| Hey I have been reading all the responses and I have been on SP for over a year as well. I was wondering if there was a site for health eating and maintaing for pregnant women. Thanks for the site it info! I will look it up!

As yes, I should have mention that site as well. I joined there last week and it's a great place too.

Congrats!
SP has a sister site at www.babyfit.com that provides nutrition and fitness info for pregnant and nursing moms. It's free like SP, so be sure to check it out.

Me too!!! I'm about 8 weeks along. I have an ultrasound at the end of the month to figure out the date, but I think I'm due around the end of July. I'm nervous about gaining weight cause I'm already so big (280lbs) and of course this isn't the time to be trying to lose weight. I'm just going to do the best I can. As for exercise, I already walk 3 days a week because I do a paper route, but now I try to walk on the other days. And we have a treadmill for the days that are too cold. But I understand how you're feeling, I get tired in the afternoon. Maybe you could get a walk out in the morning if that's your best time of day. Or even just a few exercises with hand weights while watching tv. Don't push yourself until you're feeling more up to it. Good luck and keep me informed about how you're doing!

Hi EVeryone
I just found out that I am pregnant. I am excited and nervous at the same time. I have a 10 year old boy and a 7 year old step son that has special needs. I have been on sp for a year and made great progress. I have a feeling that now that I am pregnant I will not push myself as hard for fear of harming baby...........and an excuse to take it easy.
Any pregnant moms out there? How do you cope with exercise. I am just so tired right now that it is the last thing on my mind.
