| Buffed Stuff is right on, there are no exercises that you can do to lose fat on your belly. You can do exercises to tighten abs, but only diet and exercise will help you lose fat. Wish there was an easy answer.....keep on!!! Sherry

| I have four kids and the youngest is 11. I remember after my second child was about 2 weeks old, thinking I wanted to do some sit ups. I couldn't even lift my shoulders off the floor! I had the same feelings for a while! I have finally discovered that it really is just a matter of losing weight all around - the belly will slim down too with the rest of you. And then rebuilding your core is important too. Check out the articles here on SP and you should be on your way.

| I can empathize with your situation. I had a csection with my daughter 19 mos ago. I have lost 90 lbs and am down 50 lbs from even my prepregancy weight. I am happy with everyhting but the tummy. It's a mess! I am going to read the article suggested below and keep on working at it. Let us know what you find to be effective. Good luck!

If you have a minute to really browse through it, you will find some great ideas to keep you motivated and moving! Here is an article that I found that may help get you started.
