walking and thinking about things can help me get through sometimes. Or if I am really upset I like to go and do Tae-bo. Doing the punches when I am angry really makes me feel better.

 I am having problems at home and I need motivation. Pleeeeeeease. I feel down and sad. kids are good, but I feel depress. Any suggestions?
