Set a goal. For now I would recommend a health goal other then losing weight. What do you do for your work out?

Welcome to Spark People! With the tools here you have everything you need to slowly lose while still nourishing your child. Estimating your calorie needs and then meeting those nutrient needs daily is very important. The food tracker will help you monitor the food choices you are making so you can see where you are doing great and where you might want to make some alterations.
You will want to add 300 calories to each end of your Spark range to allow for breast feeding. So if you have set your program for a 1 pound per week weight loss then simply go to the calorie range goal, click it and open the pop up, adjust your calorie range by 300 on each end and then click save.
Let me know if you have any questions I can help with. You can also visit our sister site Babyfit.com to connect with other breastfeeding moms who are traveling the same weight loss road as you.
