I had a protein shake for the first time and worked out cardio for 67 minutes and strength training for 20 minutes. I had the afternoon off with LOTS to do, but I'm getting better about putting my own health a top priority for my kids.

I was definitly good. To fix my craving I ate half of a funsize 100 Grand. That one bite was good enough for me.

I had no candy and worked out for an hour. I feel good.

I ate healthy all day, and made sure we had a small healthy dinner before going trick or treating. I also made sure that I had "extra" calories for the little mini chocolate bars I knew would be a struggle to resist. I managed to stay within my range, albiet in the upper numbers. I'm having my boys put their candy in the car so they will be more motivated to only have a couple a day, rather than an endless supply and I don't have to look at it!

Today is a new day!

that is my philosophy. Don't beat yourself up over it because tomorrow is a new day " that's what Chicken little says..lol"

I went way off track with the Halloween parties, quick dinner and trick or treating with the kids. But today is a new day
