My weight goal is 155 (currently 200), but it is my stamina and endurance that have suffered the most...
I'll be at LaFortune Park this Saturday, 11/11 at 1400 to start the first gathering... bring friends and family who are interested in joining your "mission" for weight loss and better health!

I am a Gulf War veteran, and I honestly miss the organized exercise regimen since I left the Navy in 1998.
I created this group to welcome others like myself - veterans and civilians alike - who are more motivated to get in shape and stay fit when it's a group effort. While discussion and networking is encouraged, the primary focus of this group is to actively participate in the group exercise gatherings.
This group is open to all ages and body types.
No gym fees or trainer contracts will be allowed.
