Maybe you could just slowly phase it out instead of just saying, OK, no more junk for any of you. My son is 8 and he still had his halloween candy and what not that I just wouldn't touch, but we got rid of all pop and chips and stuff and didn't have a problem.
Good luck with it whatever you decide to do.

| It might not be horrible to get your boys to eat the way you do, within reason. I think it takes alot of will power to be able to have things in your house that your boys are going to eat and for you to stay away from, but that's about the only advice I have. I cut out alot of the junk in my house when I decided to lose weight and my son really didn't pay much attention to it, he just ate what was around. In the end it's better for everyone.

| How do I balance work, single parenthood of 3 boys, change the way I eat with out totaly making my boys eat the same way I do?
