budgie thats a great idea to bike ride with your kids to and from school its both a bit of a work out and you get to spend time having fun with your kids. Kudos to you.

I am a mum who stays at home as well.
I bike our kids to and from school,So kids are gone from 9.00 am untill 3.00 pm I do my gardening and I have a manual treadmill. I also leurned you can burn quite a few calories by doing housework.
So,hope this helps

Hi I'm a gal from aus, don't know if you have gyms where you are with a creche but I have found this fantastic especially in "fernwood" - Lisa Curry-kenny run womens gyms. It's really great only 2 dollars per child per hour which is only how long a class or cycle or circuit goes for. You come out feeling great and the children just love the creche and it's only an hour, not long enough to miss you!!

Yes, dance with them, they will love it. My 2 1/2 year old love to dance around the house, especially when we are cleaning.

Turn on music through out the day and then instead of walking around your house dance or skip or stop here and there and do knee highs. Or play lots with you kids. You can turn anything into a workout, they not be conventional, but they can be fun.

i am a stay at home mom of 2. i use workout videos. you can do them any time of day. if the kids pester too much, you can give them projects to do or exercise during nap time or eating time. hope this helps.

I am also a stay at home mom of 4. I usually try to get to the gym between 6:30 & 7. I sometimes feel like I need to be home with hubby to put the kids to bed, but he has no problems doing it. Other times I will go after the kids are laid down. Ideally I would love to go in the morning before he goes to work, but I just can't get myself to bed early enough to get to the gym at 5! I hope this helps some!

I am a stay at home mom of 3. I need some advice on how to fit in my exercise. Any moms out there how can relate to me, message me and give me some ideas.
