| you are definatley not alone this condition is more common than most think and is often miss diagnosed i have had problems for 10 years and was having a lot of trouble falling pregnant but as soon as i lost my excess weight i fell but had two misscarriages before having my gorgeous girl lily starr ...she is 10 months old now and there is no looking back.but if i can give you some advise that i have learnt from experience ,that is that you can never give up trying to lose weight, you can not cheat and you have to exercise..i wont lie i have found it hard cause i am a sugar junkie and the diet suggestion to me was to limit my carbs and sugar intake.i lost 7 kilos in 4 months which felt forever but as my best friend pointed out if you lose 1 kilo a month thats 12 a year and thats 2 dress sizes.its a long road but a road worth taking.i have just found this website and i love it.it is keeping me going the tracking of food and exercise is great..good luck

I have pcos (diagnosed in June) and am TTC. I heard that losing weight can help - so here I am.
Also there are a few sparkteams that deal with pcos that you might want to check out. Just go to SparkPoints - Sparkteams - and search using "PCOS".
Hope that helps!

I was diagnosed with pcos about 1.5 years ago and have been TTC since then; i hear that dieting (losing weight) will help the PCOS. Has anyone had this condition and conceived after losing the weight?
