| Hi I have 2 babies and I had them back to back. I takes hard work an ddicipline to loose the weight. I am working off my second round. After my husband was back from Iraq I ate a lot with him so I keep loosing and gaining. But now I have decided to change. I am too young to have weight problems ( I am 21) that is what I always tell myself.

Welcome!! U've done great so far and this site will offer a lot of suppport (i'm finding out now). I am also new to this site. I have found that joining a team or creating one of your own will also provide support. But we're all here for the same reason, right?! :) Keep up the good work, i saw a show not too long ago, about moms losing weight after the baby. And they say you took 9 months to gain it, so give yourself that long to lose it. Sounds good to me!

Welcome Tiffany. You're smart to have your kids young. I'm 42 with a 3 and almost 8 year old. Later pregnancies may be smarter economically and in some other ways but they are harder on your body. I gained exactly 44 pounds with each of my pregnancies and miraculously was able to lose it all each time. I think the biggest thing is exercise. I walk a lot. When my youngest was born, I walked right up until the day before he was born and got right back at it the day after he was born. One thing that has helped me lose the last 25 pounds and get in the best shape of my life is to try new exercises. I have a variety of workout DVD's that I use when my little one is asleep or after he goes to bed at night. You could tape them off FIT TV, get Denise Austin off Lifetime, or check some out of the library.
