Babysnoopy I am also praying for your friend. I'm glad she has you and your other friend as a support system. Hopefully something will trigger her that she can see the light and get out and get help.

| Oh I agree. He did go to the psych ward earlier this week becuase of it. He now has her cell phone and is forbidding my one friend to call. The only contact she has with us is from work. Where he is not there. We all knew this day was coming... I am just glad it isn't the phone call telling us she is dead.

| Sounds like your friend has a great support system in you and the others. Please get her out. If he is threatening to kill her and himself this is very serious. Perhaps the family doctor should be made aware so your friends hubby can receive some help. Please be careful and keep us posted.

| Thank you ladies. We have heard from her, but unfortunatly she is back at the house with her husband. I guess he threatened to kill her and himself... and she is back with him. Another friend of urs is talking of taking leave to come up to NY so we can tag team and get her out of there. We are just hoping to get some sense into her... He took her cell phone. He checks her email and IMs. He has been cheating on her for quite sometime... It is just a mess.

I will be praying for your friend. It is so much easier to see things outside the box. I hope it is just coincidence that you haven't heard from her since her husband has been realeased. You have my support and prayers..

i just got a call from a friend and she told me that our friend could be missing. She has been in an abusive relationship for almost 8 years and her husband found out she has been chatting with another guy on the internet. My friend got a chilling phone call from her the other day and she was hysterical saying she had to call the cops and he was in the psych ward. He was released this afternoon and no one has heard fromm her. We have left messages and he knows her voicemail pin. It hasn't been 24 hours yet, but we have a coworker of our friend call us in the morning if she doesn't show up to work. Her husband is psychotic. He is abusive. We knew this day was coming, I just hope to God we aren't too late to save her. Please say a prayer for her and that she is safe.
