Thanks again too both of you for the advice! I do leg lifts with my son, and I try to at least three times a week take him on a walk we live very close to a park. But I feel like I am lacking strength training! I tried waking up this morning about 30 minutes early and that seemed to do the trick so I may have firgured it out! Thanks again!

Sorry to butt in.....BUT...I do the same thing! I let the boys play outside while I walk around the yard. The neighbors always ask me where I am going! LOL
You need to have time for yourself, and working out is a great thing to do! You can also do it early mornings before the baby awakes or at night when they are asleep.
Have you also thought of including him in your excerises? I put my 2 year old on my legs and left him. He loves it, and it is great crunches for me.
Good luck!

| you can try working out during his nap time if you have videos and such. or you can put him in a stroller and run/walk for a while. if you have a yard, take him out and let him play while you run laps. if you like going to gyms, find one with child care. working out is not as hard when you only one child. i have two, one doesn't nap anymore, he is 3 yrs. i found that if we all go outside, I run laps around the yard while they play and sometimes run with me. i hope this helps, good luck.
