| No I dont mind at all. I just joined about a week ago. I have loved all the support. it has kept me motivated and excited about it. I walked 2.5 miles last night. Its so hot up here in Ohio today that I may not walk till was later on in the evening. Its suppose to reach 103 with the heat index. well hey good luck and glad to have you back on board. email me anytime if you want to chat... Kim

hi there. hope you don't mind me jumping in. i'm kinda new kind old. joined in jan. lost computer acess in april. just got back to the program this week. i didn't just lose comp. was sick. sweetie was sick(very sick) life was insane. but i'm back on track now. and since i was sick again the week i'v started with a 3 lb. lose this week.
about me 6 kids 3 g-kids. work part time. to busy to be good to myself most of the time. need to change that. keep in touch.

| Hi stacy .. yeah I need to figure how to do the menu and the report things. I just started a few days ago and I was quite proud of myself I walked 2 miles went to the grocery store and I think Im on the right track. this program is amazing there are so many nice people who encourage you Im really glad I joined... :-) Yeah I noticed we started at the same weight .. thats neat we'll deffinatly have to stay in touch. Do you have Children? and where are you from? Im from Ohio and I have 3 children. hope to hear from ya soon.... Kim

Make sure you log on everyday, do your menu and do a journal. It helps you stay focus. It is hard but I am still trying. Shoot me a sparkmail if you need someone to chat with.

Sp is a good program for helping you stick with it. You can find something to keep you motivated. One thing that has motivated me is to always post my exercise. I love to see those numbers run up. The recipes are actually good, the articles are good, and you can always find a friend on the message boards. Good luck !

we always start diets but never have time to stick with it . its easier especially with kids to just grab somthing quick and easy . Im new to the sparks diet program and I hope by coresponding to other that it will keep me motivated. seems like every hour of the day counts.so wish me luck
