Kids hate everything. I have six of them and if everyone ate without complaint for one meal, I think I would faint. The husband on the other hand is a strange bird. If I make something he doesn't like he will eat it, but you can tell my his attitude that he doesn't like it. As dinner winds down, he will say, that was awful, don't make it again.
I need to lose weight so I am following the SP plan. I went through the weeks menu, changed it around for suit the family as much as possible. I shopped for it. (BTW I spent ten dollars less then usual this week shopping the SP way)
My husband loved the oregano chicken and like the new orleans red beans and rice, but wished there was some bacon in it.
Why are grown men sometimes so hard to deal with? Is your family eating the same as you? What new recipes are working for your family?
