well we just got over going out of town to my dad's b-day party. Whew! My aunties homemade strawberry shorcake is to die for. Of course ! It was the usual chips, soda, and McDonalds. I guess the important thing is we are back on track today. Any ideas on healthy traveling? I would love to hear about it! Thanks. And God Bless

I have a 2 year old and one on the way. I like the pledge idea. (maybe for later) Right now he LOVES to be outside, walking to the neighbors (which is over 700' away) riding his die cast metal foot car, climbing on his new playset, and even climbing our large hill in the back yard (about 150' back and goes up about 30')
Can you limit TV time? I have seen where they set timers and they only get 30 minutes a night. Do you have any local pools to go to? We have some High School pools that have Open swim for 2 hours with Life guards, indoors, and is pretty cheap. You can also get summer family passes if you go a lot. Winter time is great to go sliding, IF YOU HAVE SNOW climbing up the hill is a GREAT Workout.
