Shenade, What is a cheat day? If you want to lose two pounds a week you have to have a 7,000 calorie deficit. It is best not to eat the same amount every day. When you run into a plateau, one of the ways to bust it is to eat a lot for a couple of days then eat at the low range of your diet.

I eat healthy most of the week but on Thursdays when we go shopping my husband and I will stop at a resturant and get something to eat and I usually try to get something that is healthy but it all depends on where we stop to eat. So when I do cheat on my diet it's on Thursday's and then I go right back to my diet the next day.

| With this plan you can fit in what ever it is you want. The problem with cheat days is that if you are having a hard time the cheat days might turn into every day. Then if you don't lose as much as you want then you don't know what went wrong.

Well, personally I don't have cheat days I mean who would I be cheating? myself,( I would be cheating myself out of the body I want and that's no fun at least not for me. However I incorporate foods I like within my daily caloric intake. moderation is the key for me but I know a lot of people who have cheat days.

| Hello. Is it okay to have a cheat day once a week while following this plan? I currently do not incorporate any cheat days but I was wondering what others thoughts were on this.
