Okay, so I guess the last post I made about this was "cheesy". I am totally new at this and didn't know what to write. I've just ended my 1st week here on the Sparkpages, and I need some help with keeping motivated. I went over my calorie quota yesterday and I'm kind of discouraged. So if anyone has any advice on how to get back on top of things, please say so. Forgive me for the previous cheesy post, and please know, I did not mean to undermine the difficulty of raising kids when you're married. My best friend is married and she has troubles I know I've never had as a single parent. In any case, dieting is difficult, and we all have to stick together.
