Do you walk with anyone? Going for a walk with someone else makes it harder to blow off and much more enjoyable.

Sometimes you can be exercising too much. I'm a lifelong dieter, but I've been walking every day for many years. Unless I really watch what I eat, I won't lose weight. Before I started SP I had gained back 5 of the 10 lbs I lost last summer and I was constantly tired. My back and feet ached. When I first started, I cut back to only 30 min of walking, aerobics, or stat. biking a day even if I felt like doing more. I instantly felt better, and it has been easier to lose weight. I think sometimes it makes you too hungry if you exercise a lot.
I must be the queen of bad days.
I take medication for depression(buproprion won't make you gain weight and it actually can take away a little of your appetite), and I work hard to manage my life to keep myself on an even keel emotionally. Sometimes my husband doesn't understand why I don't want to go somewhere or take the kids somewhere, and I learned to say "I just can't" and leave it at that. I know he doesn't understand because he's not depressed. Sometimes when I'm feeling really stressed out or upset I have to tell myself that if I didn't have a problem, I wouldn't be taking the medication I am at the dosage I'm taking, and the medication is not going to completely eradicate my symptoms.
We all have bad days. Just don't let your body image define you. Just keep trying different combinations of diet and exercise until you find what works.

It sounds like you mayb be suffering from mild depression.
I like all the suggestions from the post below.
Diet pills only work while you take them.
When you quit you gain all the wight back.
Trust me, been there, done that.
Journaling is a great idea. I keep one that is my gratitude journal and must write something to be grateful about each day. it may just be "waking up".
I keep another one to pour out my feelings in.

My "dieter's" prayer today said do not look back.
Do not try to be or look like the person you once were. Focus on where you are going instead.

Keep exercising and when you have a bad day forgive
yourself and move on.
None of us are perfect and know that you are not alone.

Please don't be so hard on yourself. It is hard to get through a bad day. Have you thought of starting the day off doing something nice for you? Listen to a song that inspires you, read an uplifting poem/article, go for a walk, or take a bubble bath...or whatever makes you feel good. In this day, we are so used to getting things now it makes it difficult to know somethings take time...unfortunately, weight loss is one of those things. Also, DON'T TAKE DIET PILLS!!!!! That is one of the worst things you can do for your body- I am a nurse and have seen the terrible things that can happen. Slower weight loss is actually better, you are more likely to keep it off in the long run.
Journaling has been helpful for me, and going for walks.
I hope you have a better afternoon.

i know i"m not the only one that has been through this, but there are times when i wake up and know exactly what day i"m going to have. i know some of my bad days are due to my weight, i just wish god could make a miracle and let me have my body the way it use to be. but i know that won"t happen. i"m just getting frustrated because i feel like i"m not making any progress. i work out on the treadmill for 1 hour a day and even go for walks, but sometimes i have days where i don"t want to do anything. i just can"t seem to get myself motivated. i feel sometimes i don"t want to leave the house, i know that sounds dumb but it's the way i feel. i weigh about 165 and i really want to get down to 130, i"m thinking about diet pills but my mom says to do it the right way and keep exercising and watch what i eat. any suggestions?????
