| It's a riot watching my 3 yr old "exercise". His version of it is just so funny.

LOL! I hear you!
Although, I'm not sure I'll be 117lbs again, that was almost 10 years ago.
I was actually in my best shape ever when we got back from our Army deployment to Kuwait last April 2004. There was nothing to do but work out so for 14 months we worked out for 2hours a day. (1hr of weightlifting in the am & 1hr of cardio before dinner.) Especially now with a baby I'm certain I'll never have 2hrs a day to workout ever again. I'll just be happy to get down to 125lbs and then I can re-evaluate my situation.
I can't wait till she's older and we can play at the park and ride bikes together.

I love to hear that! It wont be too long until she is doing the same things that your doing. Give her another month or so.
My son Matthew is the one who keeps me moving. If it were not for him, I would probably be heavier than I am now. I just want to be where I was when my husband and I got married. What a dream...

That's awesome! I think it's very important for our children to see us being active and healthy.
I also exercise with my 8 month old. We have 2 DVD's (Mambo Mom's & Dance Baby Dance) that are baby safe low impact aerobics that she LOVES to do and gets me moving.
She also watches me do my strength training exercises with my dumbells, she smiles while I count out each rep. I wonder when she'll start imitating the exercises??
Keep up the good work!

My 3 year old and I are inseperable in the evenings. I have found that having him do any kind of stretching and exercising with me helps pass the time and make it fun.
It is also going to get him on the right track for eating and exercising and being healthy.
