Yep, I always think about something my sensai used to say. "An obstacle is just something to slow you down long enough to learn what life has to teach you at that moment. If you learn from it, you will move beyond it, if you do not, you're not ready for your journey to continue."

Thanks for the cheer up, its hard to think into the next day and stay positive. I believe the greatest obstacle is working out while suffering from depression, no matter how much you work you never think its enough so you stop going.

Today, I spent sometime thinking about all of the obstacles we face each day. Some are small. Maybe there is just an annoying issue that comes up with a family member or friend. Maybe something happened at work today that stressed you out. Maybe something happened in your relationship that bothered you. No matter what it was.....just remember that it is temporary.
If your obstacle is something that is more significant (a health issue, or the loss of a loved one) please believe that you will also eventually heal and get past this too.
So, hang in there. Lean on your (good) friends & family. Take care of yourself, and remember that you are not out there on your own (even if it feels like it from time to time).
