I belong to a gym but my house has a lot as well. I have an old stationary bike, free weights, resistance bands, ball, pull-up bar and mats on my floor. With a lot of DVD's I vary my routines and don't need to go to the gym every day. What I don't have, I go to the gym for but being more self-motivated than ever my routines at home have been going real well lately. Funny thing you can do a whole lot more than you think at home. Dips, push-ups, abs and of course jumping jacks. There is a whole world of exercises that do not require any equipment. I am of course always on the look-out for discarded gym stuff at garage sales........If you know what I mean!!!!!!
