| I was 211 at 6'6. I was pretty much skin and bones. I played basketball and could easily throw down an alley-oop. Funny what 60 pounds will do to ya. My ideal weight now is 235.

I was 155 the day I graduated.

| prob 170 - 180 not really sure I was very thin though
| In HS, I was probably around 195 at 6'1" - not a muscular 195 either, it was mostly flab. When I left boot camp, I weighed 170...but that was a looooooong time ago. Since then, my highest weight was 265 about 2 years ago, and my lowest was about 215 6 years ago. My current goal is 225, but once I hit that, I want to get to under 200, just so I can see the ones again!

| 6'3" 161 lbs. Wore size 31x34 jeans. My lowest was actually after basic training before my freshman yr in college...I weighed 147.

| Hovered around 170 in high school until I discovered beer and became inactive in college. It's weird to think about having been so athletic.

| I was 5'11" @150lbs. People use to call me Slim.

| 132 lbs at 5' 9" at HS graduation. I was 168 in college. Boy, to be THAT again....
| At 5'11" I was 148 lbs. when I graduated. I gained some weight over the next couple of years, but when I started running on the track team at my air force base I went back to my running weight of 148.

| iplayed football in hs (center) i weighed 225. right now thats my goal weight but eventually i hope to get to 200
| I weighed 172lbs in H.S. and I played Football. Then pretty much through my 20's I was around 190-200. This is the heaviest I have been. Don't know if I am gonna get down to 172 again. I am shooting for 180 though, but since I lift weights, I may not get that skinny. Oh well the beauty is in the journey.

| Yikes...I don't even want to think about! I was probably about 220lbs. I've continued on up ever since. It's time to change that!

When I finished high school I was 5'10" and weighed in at 220 lbs. We finished the rugby season two weeks before school ended and I used to run 8 miles every night including nights when we practiced or had games. I have a large hill ahead of me but I plan on getting there one day.

| I weighed about 130 my senior year. I'm 5'8" and don't think I could get down there even if I wanted to. I'll be happy to get to and stay at my current goal of 160# with some muscle.

| 6'0 and 135 in high school and 165 when I got married. Needless to say I won't be getting back to my HS weight.

Never really cared for that place really. :D Guess I should note I'm 155, +/- a pound any given week. :p

I ran track in high school and college. My HS weight was about 170 at graduation, and my arms looked like toothpicks. I was _way_ too light for my height (6'2").
As a triple jumper in college, I competed at about 185 to 190, and I was in better overall shape.
When I joined the Air Force, and got into flying, my weight settled at about 200 to 210 for a long time, and that is where I am working on getting at this point. We'll see if I go lower....

| I weighed 240 in high school and my goal weight now is actually lower than my high school weight. I'm going to easily be able to reach my goal of 190 I believe, since I'm not going to be adding muscle bulk like I had done in HS.
| Weighed 155 in high school but it was way too low for my large frame. At 185 I look and feel great so that's my goal. Congrats on your weightloss so far!

I say, let high school go!!! Our bodies were still growing, and getting bigger and taller even through College, so don't get discouraged if the H.S. weight stays away.

| I weighed 165 lbs. 12 years ago when I graduated. On my 30th birthday 2 1/2 months ago I weighed 165 lbs., so I was pleased that my weight was the same. However, over the 12 years my weight has flucuated from 140 to 180 lbs. Now I am about 175 lbs.

Welcome to SP!
Looks like you've got some good goals and a good mind set to attain them. Good luck to you. Let us know if we can help along the way.

| Despite me only graduating 7 years ago I gained the "freshman" "15" plus another 55 pounds that put me up to 270 pounds when I was 21 years old. I was dating a depressed girl at the time that didn't help but then I looked to my firelighter brothers to help me lose the weight and I got down to 240 and maintained it and last year me and my current girlfriend/fiancé went to weight watchers last year and I got down to 215 which I weighed when I played football. But that was me bulked up because of the coaches and it was muscle now it flab. So I have a new goal of 200-195 range and then probly lose a little more. So here I come freshmen year weight, plus better eating habits.
