Lol funny. I believe that one unit yield if reference to you taking a one pound breast and trimming it yourself. where as your other opition is a little more exact.

I am not sure-but I don't like those very general counts-thats why I weigh my chicken breasts to know how many ounces I am actually eating. Dolly Parton Chicken breasts have more calories than Twiggy Chicken breasts per unit (yield from 1lb, ready-to-cook)

I am adding a chicken breast that I had for lunch and was wonder what the difference is between "1 unit (yield from 1lb, ready-to-cook)" versus "Breast, bone and skin removed"? (besides 60 calories)
