I can understand that thought entirely. My old gym buddy was like that, for me. we were very good friends, so I understood what he was saying when he said "Move your a$$ or I'll kick it", or would get in my face and start barking at me to keep running.
Mow that I work out by myslef since Ben moved out of state, I have to kinda visualize him screaming at me.

I am fairly new to this site....

First of let me say that I think that this site is great and has a lot of usefull tools, and the positive support on these message boards are a good thing to help keep us motivated.... but.

Sometimes I just need someone to tell me to get off my fat a$$ and get on the stairmaster.

I graduated high school at 5'11", 220 lbs and could dunk a basketball with both hands. Now 40, still 5'11", but 265 lbs and can't scratch my butt with both hands. Have always beleived that if you set you mind to something you can do it, and always bothered by people who make excuses and play the vicim role. Now I find myself doing it, can't lose weight because.......(I seem to have a new excuse every week) too much travel for work, holidays, don't have time to exercise, etc.

So you will very rairly see me posting words of encouragement (although I think what erveryone is doing is fantastic).
I was wondering if there were any other guys that need more of an agressive approach to motivation or if there are any teams or groups here that are more of that style.

Thanks.
