If you've put your info into SparkPeople, you can really trust the suggestions they give you. And if you're exercising more, make sure you adjust that in your original profile so it adjusts your calories. The program is specifically designed to give you a calorie range so you do this in a healthy way.

Just curious what your calorie range is, how many calories you actually consume on a daily basis, and how many calories you burn on an average day through exercise?
I'm trying to determine if I'm in the ballpark of where I should be. I want to exercise to burn off what I already have rather than exercising to justify consuming more calories.
